The superior double room was a delight with its beautiful garden view, making for a serene start each day. The breakfast featuring famed USDA prime-aged steaks was a standout experience, adding a gourmet touch to our mornings. the bumpy driveway required caution while navigating, and a shower would have been a useful addition to the otherwise lovely bathroom setup. these minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the substantial comfort and quality of our stay.

The slightly bumpy driveway from the main road was a challenge for the car’s suspension, and the setup could use a shower for convenience. a simple tooth mug or glass in the bathroom would have covered all the bases for an even more comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the delightful breakfast that included a full English spread, which fueled our adventures. The room was spacious with a lovely garden view, perfect for a relaxing morning moment. Wendy and Lee provided exceptional care, preparing everything we needed, even ironing our shirts for a wedding!

our stay in the lovely superior double room with a beautiful garden view was truly special, as we were only a short 2.5 km stroll to the scenic sturminster newton mill and just under 4 km to the fascinating shillingstone railway project, making it easy to enjoy the best of this charming area.

We had a great stay with friends at this charming B&B. Wendy and Lee made sure we were well taken care of with a fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed local walks and even explored the beautiful trails around Sturminster, which was a highlight of our trip. The room was impeccably clean, and the garden view was relaxing. it was such a lovely getaway!
While we had a wonderful time, we found that there weren't many eateries nearby, so plan ahead for meals unless you want to grab snacks.

We had a lovely stay with our family and relatives. The spacious room allowed us to unwind together, and we enjoyed the excellent full English breakfast each morning. The peaceful setting was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the nearby trails.
